The actual connection is initiated by your computer and calls our computers. We do not have a way to contact your computer directly. Once you click on the "stop sign" the remote software is automatically removed from your system.

How long will it take to fix my computer?
Most remote support sessions last 1-2 hours. However, if your computer is extremely infected with spyware this will cause the system to respond slower and may increase the time it takes for repair. We only charge flat rates, so it is the same price regardless of how long the repair takes.

What is your guarantee?
All work performed by our technicians is fully guaranteed. If we are unable to resolve the issue there will be no charge. Engaging in our services is 100% risk free.
