How do I know you
will not connect to my computer again?
The actual connection is initiated by
your computer and calls our computers. We do not have a way to
contact your computer directly. Once you click on the "stop sign"
the remote software is automatically removed from your system.
How long will it take
to fix my computer?
Most remote support sessions last 1-2
hours. However, if your computer is extremely infected with spyware
this will cause the system to respond slower and may increase the
time it takes for repair. We only charge flat rates, so it is the
same price regardless of how long the repair takes.
What is your
guarantee?
All work performed by our technicians is
fully guaranteed. If we are unable to resolve the issue there will
be no charge. Engaging in our services is 100% risk free. Once the
repair has been successful, any problem that may come back again
within 5 days will be repaired again for free or refunded if we are
unable to correct the problem.
Do you support Apple
Macintosh?
At this time we only support Microsoft
Windows based computer systems.
What if I can't
access the Internet?
Internet access is required to utilize
our services. If you are unable to load a web page we can work with
you over the phone to try and restore your connection and then
continue with our remote support session. You must however be able
to load Windows to receive assistance.
Can you repair my
computer if I only have a dial up connection?
We no longer support dial up
connections, a high speed internet connection is required for our
services.
Can the technician
see my files?
Our technician will see the same screen
as you. Our remote software simply takes your screen and projects it
onto our computer and enable keyboard/ mouse access.
What if I am not
comfortable with what the technician is doing on my computer?
Once we start the remote support session
we will place a "stop sign" icon on your desktop. You may click on
this icon at any time and it will immediately disconnect the
technician from your computer.
